This machine is designed to thermally destroy the volatility of powder residue and any unfired primers associated with the occasional live ammunition round inadvertently commingled with spent range clean-up debris or missed during manual inspection. The propriety system effectively destroys any volatility thus meeting the U.S. Army's requirements for total decontamination of the spent range brass up to 50 caliber prior to turn in for disposal or sale.
