InstaPotter Pro
The Insta Potter Pro is designed for efficient potting of bare root materials into containers ranging from 4” to 18” diameter. A variable speed low-profile two-yard hopper provides a constant flow of material over an 18” wide variable speed planting conveyor, allowing the grower to set the pace of production
InstaPotter Potting Machine
The InstaPotter Potting Machine is perfect for high-volume bare-root potting or pot filling. Variable speed hydraulic controls allow pace adjustment of the soil hopper and planting conveyor. Hydraulic power gives the machine the ability to handle heavier types of soil that are often used in nursery mixes.
High Speed Pot Filler
The High Speed Pot Filler is designed for the greenhouse grower who fills high volumes of smaller sized decorative pots. This pot filler provides simplicity of operation, low maintenance, and quick change-overs. The High Speed Pot Filler consistently dispenses and fills pots with variable speed soil delivery to match the size of the container being filled.
EL 2000 Potting Machine
The EL 2000 Potting Machine increases production levels and improves product quality. This machine evenly fills and compacts the soil for each pot, drilling a hole to match the size of material to be transplanted. The EL 2000 accepts pots from 6” to 12” in diameter and features a 3 cubic yard hopper.
ES 500 Potting Machine
With its rugged construction, the ES500 Potting Machine is designed for use with heavy soils, which increases your potting production and eliminates the time consuming work associated with hand potting. The ES500 Potting Machine fills pots with soil, evenly compacts the soil and drills a hole for the size of the liner being transplanted, giving consistent plant depth while centering the plant. This unit accepts pots from 6” to 14” in diameter.
CM-E2 Potting Machine
The CM-E2 Potting Machine is compact and versatile - offering speed, efficiency, and convenience to growers of all sizes. This machine is designed for continuous potting at speeds of up to 80 pots per minute and in pots up to 9” in diameter.
CM III & CM X Potting Machines
The CM Potting Machine systems are continuous motion potting systems with the highest production levels available from any potting machines. Pots are loaded automatically or by hand for smooth transplanting. The unique drilling mechanism provides longer drill life and more uniform holes.
Horizontal & Infeed Pot Loading Systems
