TTA PackPlanter
Bouldin & Lawson and TTA are proud to introduce the TTA PackPlanter. This machine meets the entry level price point, but also gives the grower a high-speed and versatile transplanter. Whether it is a primary transplanter for the smaller grower or a supplemental transplanter for the larger grower, the TTA PackPlanter incorporates all the versatility that TTA has become known for.
TTA Blow-Out
Plug producers are under continual pressure to produce more for less. The advent of the modern transplanter has help alleviate this pressure, however growers continue looking for 100% filled plug trays to increase their planting efficiency. The Blow-Out Machine uses a proprietary Vision™ scanning technology to identify missing plugs in a plug tray.
TTA Fixing
The Fixing Machine uses the same proprietary scanning technology as the Blow-Out machine to identify missing plugs. The machine knows which plugs to extract and which plugs to plant from donor trays. The programming interface allows the user to define the parameters replacing missing plugs.
TTA RPe
For growers needing flexibility in planting equipment, the RPe Transplanter offers just that! The RPe Transplanter has the ability to plant multiple plug varieties into many configurations and spacings.
TTA Midi Plus
The TTA Midi Plus transplanter is an excellent all around transplanter, designed for the grower who wants to plant from 512 through 50 cell plugs. This transplanter is designed to work with existing conveyors, potting machines, and flat fillers. The versatility of the Midi far exceeds anything that is currently on the market.
